1. General Use of Website

  • User Conduct: You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. You must not use our website to transmit any harmful, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable material.

2. Lessons & Bookings

  • Scheduling & Payment: Lessons are booked on a monthly basis. Fees are due according to your agreed schedule. Standard rates are listed on the website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

  • Cancellation & Attendance: Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations; otherwise, the lesson may be charged in full. Any make-up lessons are offered at the sole discretion of the tutor.

3. Chopin Challenge Competition

  • Eligibility: The competition is open to Hong Kong residents.

  • Fees: All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid in full upon submission.

  • Submission Rules: All entries must adhere to the specific "Video Requirements" and deadlines published on the competition page. Submitted videos must be hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., an unlisted YouTube or Google Drive link).

  • Use of Submissions: You retain full ownership of your video. Salon Chopin will not use, reproduce, or publicly display your video without your explicit permission, which we will seek on a case-by-case basis.

  • Code of Conduct: Harassment, inappropriate content, or any breach of the published competition rules may lead to disqualification without a refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Salon Chopin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those specific services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
